Fostering Research Collaboration at App State
RIEEE exists to increase research capacity and impact, elevate Appalachian State's research profile, and build opportunitites in strategic priority areas of sustainability research. We believe that our greatest value-add toward these goals is achieved by focusing on research teams, helping them build and sustain momentum, and by creating shared research infrastructures, or convergence platforms, on our campus and in our community.

Working Groups
RIEEE utilizes a working group model to organize and deliver research development support to groups conducting mission-relevent research. Nucleating and sustaining working group momentum is challenging; so, we offer resources and tools to lighten the load!
