Lauren Essick serves as Research Development and Operations Manager for the Research Institute for Environment, Energy and Economics (RIEEE). She manages research development services, such as institute seed funding programs, facilitation of large and complex proposal development, and the planning and facilitation of strategic cross-disciplinary research events, as well as workshops and communications for the institute. Lauren earned her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies at Appalachian State University.
